BOOKING, DEPOSIT & NO REFUND POLICY

By submitting a deposit or payment toward any Kansas City Takeover Miami 2026 travel package, the purchaser acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions:

ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

All deposits, installment payments, and paid-in-full purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. Due to contractual obligations with airlines, hotels, event venues, transportation providers, ticketing partners, yacht operators, and hospitality vendors, no refunds will be issued for any reason.

DEPOSIT POLICY

A deposit secures your reservation and package pricing. Once a deposit is received, your reservation is confirmed and inventory is allocated on your behalf. Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.

PAYMENT PLANS

Customers enrolled in a payment plan are responsible for completing all scheduled payments according to the agreed payment schedule. Failure to make payments may result in cancellation of the reservation without refund of previous payments.

CANCELLATIONS

No refunds will be provided for:
• Personal scheduling conflicts
• Work-related obligations
• Family emergencies
• Medical issues
• Travel delays or missed flights
• Weather-related disruptions
• Team schedule changes
• Event date or venue adjustments beyond organizer control
• Any unused portion of the travel package

TRANSFER REQUESTS

Package transfers may be considered at the sole discretion of management. Any approved transfer requests may be subject to administrative fees, pricing adjustments, and vendor approval. Transfers are not guaranteed.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

Participants are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances that may impact their ability to attend.

EVENT MODIFICATIONS

Kansas City Takeover reserves the right to substitute comparable accommodations, venues, transportation providers, events, or experiences when necessary due to circumstances beyond its control. Such substitutions shall not constitute grounds for a refund.

CHARGEBACKS

By making a payment, the purchaser agrees not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for services covered under this agreement. Any chargeback initiated after acceptance of these terms may be contested using this signed agreement, booking records, payment records, and proof of services reserved on the purchaser’s behalf.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Submission of any deposit or payment constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of this No Refund Policy and all associated booking terms.
