PRIVACY POLICY, TERMS OF PARTICIPATION & LIABILITY AGREEMENT

Kansas City Takeover (“KCT”), its affiliates, partners, vendors, employees, contractors, sponsors, and event operators are committed to protecting your personal information while providing a safe, enjoyable, and memorable event experience. By registering, booking, purchasing, attending, or participating in any Kansas City Takeover event, travel package, excursion, activity, or promotion, you agree to the following terms.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

To facilitate reservations and event participation, we may collect:

• Full Name
• Date of Birth
• Mailing Address
• Email Address
• Phone Number
• Emergency Contact Information
• Government-Issued Identification Information
• Travel Information
• Payment Information
• Guest and Occupancy Information
• Marketing Preferences

Payment information is processed through secure third-party payment providers and is not stored on our servers.

HOW YOUR INFORMATION IS USED

Your information may be used to:

• Process reservations and payments
• Coordinate hotel accommodations
• Arrange transportation services
• Issue event credentials and tickets
• Verify participant identity
• Communicate event updates and schedule changes
• Deliver customer service and support

We may share necessary information with hotels, transportation providers, event venues, ticketing agencies, security personnel, insurance providers, and other vendors involved in delivering services included within your package.

NO EXPECTATION OF PRIVACY AT EVENTS

Participants understand and acknowledge that Kansas City Takeover events may include:

• Professional photography
• Video recording
• Livestream broadcasts
• Social media coverage
• Promotional content creation

By attending any event, participants grant Kansas City Takeover and its affiliates an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free right to photograph, record, reproduce, publish, distribute, edit, modify, and use their likeness, image, voice, name, appearance, and statements in any media format now known or later developed for promotional, marketing, advertising, educational, or commercial purposes without compensation or further approval.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY

Participation in travel, nightlife activities, sporting events, yacht excursions, transportation services, hospitality events, entertainment venues, and related activities involves inherent risks.

Participants voluntarily assume all risks associated with attendance and participation.

Kansas City Takeover, its owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, sponsors, partners, vendors, venues, transportation providers, hotels, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Personal injury
• Property damage
• Lost or stolen items
• Illness or medical emergencies
• Delayed or canceled transportation
• Airline disruptions
• Venue closures
• Acts of God
• Weather-related incidents
• Government actions or restrictions
• Third-party acts or omissions

Participants agree to release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kansas City Takeover and all associated entities from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or legal actions arising from participation.

ALCOHOL RESPONSIBILITY POLICY

Participants consuming alcoholic beverages are solely responsible for their actions and decisions.

Kansas City Takeover does not assume responsibility for:

• Overconsumption of alcohol
• Driving under the influence
• Criminal activity
• Injuries resulting from intoxication
• Violations of venue policies or local laws

Participants are expected to act responsibly and comply with all applicable laws and venue regulations.

TRAVEL PACKAGE TERMS

All travel packages, deposits, installment payments, event tickets, hotel reservations, transportation arrangements, and hospitality packages are governed by the official Booking Terms and No Refund Policy.

By purchasing a package, participants acknowledge that services may be secured immediately upon booking and therefore all deposits and payments are non-refundable.

SECURITY AND FRAUD PREVENTION

Kansas City Takeover reserves the right to:

• Verify participant identity
• Request government-issued identification
• Cancel fraudulent reservations
• Refuse admission to any participant violating event policies

Any attempted fraud, chargeback abuse, unauthorized resale, or misuse of credentials may result in immediate cancellation without refund.

COMMUNICATION CONSENT

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive:

• Booking confirmations
• Event reminders
• Travel updates
• Text messages
• Email communications
• Promotional announcements

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time; however, transactional communications related to your reservation may still be sent.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Missouri without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from participation, booking, or attendance shall be resolved exclusively in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Jackson County, Missouri.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By submitting a registration, reservation, deposit, payment, or participating in any Kansas City Takeover event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy, Terms of Participation, Liability Release, and all related event policies.
